1. Q- How long will it take to ship my product?
A- Smallwares and small equipment usually arrive at the customer withiin 7 business days of purchase. Large Equipment ship times vary from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the item and manufacturer. Please ask one of our sales consultants during your purchase what the ship time will be for your product(s).
2. Q- Do large equipment orders come with a warranty?
A- Almost all large equipment manufacturers supply a warranty on its products. This is usually a one year warranty, but it sometimes varies.
3. Q- Do you sell items that are not listed on the website?
A- We sell over 200,000 items from hundreds of manufacturers. If you heard of an item that relates to commercial kitchens, we have it. If you need a price on an item that's not on our website, call us and one of our sales representatives will help you.
